My professional focus has been shaped by years of working in mental health settings and understanding interpersonal dynamics. By profession, I am an occupational therapist with extensive experience gained in complex environments — ranging from psychiatric departments to private rehabilitation programs during my time living in London.

I have completed a four-year European-accredited program in Gestalt psychotherapy, while my holistic approach to understanding human nature through mind and body has been further enriched by years of practicing and teaching yoga and mindfulness.

Alongside working with individuals on personal development, my experience includes managing small teams in the service industry and business operations. This provides me with a deep appreciation of the stress, lifestyle, and unique challenges that modern, highly accomplished individuals face every day.
