The client completes a personality test online, which is administered and analysed by our professional associates. Its purpose is to provide insight into personality traits and characteristics that are important for understanding the individual both as a person and in the context of romantic relationships, complementing the information we gather through the subsequent personal interview and questionnaire.

Step 2

Personal Interview & Relationship Profile

The personal interview takes place in person at our agency. Through a structured questionnaire and conversation, we get to know the individual more fully — their values, lifestyle, relationship patterns, communication style, emotional needs, and long-term life goals. Based on the information gathered, we create a personal profile that allows us to develop a more complete understanding of the individual and their needs within a relationship.

Human-Led Matching

Every potential introduction is carefully considered based on all the information gathered, with particular attention to compatibility, emotional maturity, life stage, communication, and expectations of a romantic relationship. Human assessment plays a key role in deciding whether to propose an introduction — algorithms may be a useful tool, but they cannot replace an understanding of two individuals.
