How Our Membership Fees Work
Initial Fee
The Initial Fee is a one-time fee covering the initial assessment and preparation required to enter our matchmaking process, including the services listed above.
The Initial Fee is paid only once and remains valid for 18 months from the date of payment. If the membership is paused and reactivated within this period, no new Initial Fee is charged.
After 18 months period, if the membership has been inactive and the client wishes to rejoin the service, a new Initial Fee will apply.
Monthly Membership
The monthly membership fee covers your ongoing participation in the Contact matchmaking process throughout the selected membership term.
It includes:
ongoing consideration for potential matches
professional assessment of compatibility
access to relevant potential matches within our database
coordination of introductions
ongoing matchmaking support throughout the membership
The monthly membership fee is paid monthly for the duration of the 6-month membership term.
If a promising relationship develops, the membership may be paused while the relationship develops. The membership can subsequently be reactivated if needed, subject to the terms of the membership agreement.
